Today I decided to do something a little different for dinner. We had homemade pizza pockets! It was so much fun to make them with Randy and they are so fun to eat. The cute one with the face is an example of how much fun Randy had with them. I'm glad I discovered these and I'm excited to make them with my kids. :) Also, another thing I'm happy about is my mom's willingness to teach me how to make my own bread dough. I'm feeling like my bread is turning out better and better every time I make it. Now I just have to perfect making it with whole wheat flour. :)
