Who Has Two Thumbs And Graduated From College?

THIS GUY!!!

That's right!  Alexander F. Getts received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science this spring!  We are all so proud of him.  He is the very first person in HIS family to graduate from college... I have to admit that I teared up when I was told this.  He worked really hard to finish while working full time AND taking care of a family.  We decided that this awesome feat was a good excuse to get together and celebrate with a BBQ:

There was some relaxing on the lawn to be done.

And hanging out by the food... notice the gigantic hamburgers?  They were pretty much delicious!

You can't have a party without cars!  (according to Jimmy)

If you can't tell from the picture... he was pretty much excited about this and did NOT expect it... We love surprises!  YAY!!!
