... is the name of the new workout program Randy recently started. So far Lena likes to do it right along with him and it is so crazy fun to watch her try to imitate the guy on the TV... seriously, a video would've been the best way to capture this cuteness but alas I was only able to take pictures (one of the downfalls of the new camera... and didn't have the other one close by). I will have to lock the video version in my memory and have these pictures help me remember it. :)
